DELIVERY & TERMS

For orders of 'One Off' pieces, these will be dispatched within 2-3 business days and expected to be delivered within 3-5 business days.

 

Canvases are 'Made to Order' therefore your piece may take 2-5 weeks to reach you or sooner. We work as hard as we can to get your piece to you, however we want to ensure you receive the best quality of art.

For orders being shipped within the UK, price of delivery is based on the size and weight of the order at checkout.

For International shipping, the price of delivery is based on the size, weight and location of delivery at checkout.

Local custom charges will not be covered by CASA SOL. In the event of the of the receiver not paying custom charges and the shipment is sent back to us, the order will not be refunded.

We are partnered with a number of different couriers; the size and weight of your order will determine who your parcel will be delivered by, of which you will be notified on receipt of your order.​

We value great customer service. Due to the nature of our Canvas Art work these are non refundable.

We do our upmost to ensure the quality and care of our packaging to make sure the item arrives safely and promptly. In the unlikely event of an item being lost or damaged during shipment please contact us directly to talk through your options.
